The PPG FLOORING Wear Resistance System combines Self-Leveling Epoxy Gloss with Wear Resistant Urethane to provide the impact and abrasion resistance necessary for high-traffic areas like manufacturing plants, automotive facilities, and warehouses. In these applications, the Wear Resistance System with urethane topcoat typically lasts twice as long as the two-component General Purpose System.
Our fast cure urethane concrete repair/patching systems utilizes a accelerated urethane cement that
is installed after opening any type of imperfection in your concrete floor, such as cracks, divots, spawling, trip hazards, anchor installments etc.... by scabbing or chipping hammers and crack chasing grinding wheels that are connected to double filtered vacuum systems to insure clean work environment. The return to traffic times can range from only 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on the need of the plant or business itself.
These epoxy floor coatings provide versatility for interior or exterior use with outstanding
durability and protection for resistance to chemicals, stains, and damaging UV’s.

Utilizes the power of cement for extreme resistance in high blast, outdoor environments or chemical areas. It can be installed from 3/16” to 1/4” thickness in a variety of surface textures, colors, and gloss levels. PPG Urethane Cement provides a non-absorbent surface that is easily cleaned and is thermal resistant for occasional spillages from -40*F to 210*F. This system offers a fast return to service, and slipresistance can be custom engineered to provide the required level of safety.
Methyl Methacrylate, is the ultimate flooring solution for rapid installations in low temperature environments. MMA flooring has numerous properties that have been proven to beneficial in food and beverage and retail industries, including, but not limited to, chemical, slip, and water resistance.
Decorative quartz flooring installations consists of broadcasting colored quartz granules in a resin while it is wet. This results in a very strong durable epoxy flooring system.
Our terrazzo floor instillations consists of chips of marble, quartz, granite, glass, or
other suitable material, poured with a cementitious binder (for chemical binding),
polymeric (for physical binding), or a combination of both. Metal strips divide
sections, or changes in color or material in a pattern. After it is cured it is ground
and polished smooth.
Depending on area of need, our industrial floor striping is installed by opening the concrete through grinding methods, taping off the desired width and length and installing a specified polymer of you choice of color. Normal cure times range from 2 to 6 hours for return traffic.
